IB Organization Five-Year Review  [ SURVEY ]

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.  It is a relatively serious task and will take approximately 20-60 minutes to complete depending upon how involved your responses are and the number of responses where you leave additional comments.   You will be presented a series of statements; simply rate how strongly you agree with the statement using a 1 - 4 rating scale (1=low, 4=high).

The statements are taken directly from IB Organization material (and mostly unaltered), so some of the spellings of words are different from American English.   Answers to some questions are required.  Some questions may not apply (depending on if you are a student, parent, or teacher for example).  If you have some knowledge about a question and have an opinion, answer; if not, then select, 'No basis for judgment.'  Please do not leave any questions blank.  Leaving comments is always helpful, but it is recommended you do so only for those questions where you have a particular interest or strong opinion.   When you finish the survey, be sure to hit the 'Done >>' button so your responses will be recorded.  Thank you.
